Please join us at our parent meeting in the Lindbergh HS library at 7pm.  If you are a new family, it is very important that you attend, as a LOT of your questions will be answered during the meeting.  If you are a returning family, please make every effort to attend to lend your knowledge and expertise to our new families.  Our coaches will be at the parent meeting so you’ll have a chance to hear from them and ask any lingering questions you may have.

Come join us at the Lindbergh High School pool from 1pm-4pm for a swim party and swim suit try-on.    We will have a swimsuit try-on sizing kit available, if you don’t know the size your swimmer should order.

Our first volunteer opportunity is on May 6th at our “Pool Clean-up Day”. Many hands make light work, so we’d love to have a big showing of swimmers and families.  Click here to sign up to volunteer.

Swim Practice begins.  Please refer to the practice schedule tab, to find out what time your practice starts.

Our 1st meet of the season  is our Intrasquad Meet. The coaches will split the team in half – and it will be blue against red.  It is also a great way for swimmers to get base times for the swim season. These times will help support their placements in future meets.  Each swimmer will swim in 4 events (backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly and freestyle).  No relays will be held at this meet.

Warm-ups begin in the hour before the meet. Please check with your coach to see what time your swimmers will be warming up and please don’t be late. If you are volunteering, please show up at the time your volunteer job begins.

Click here for the volunteer sign-up. It also a great time to fill one of your required jobs. Upon arrival and start of the meet, find the volunteer lead to sign for your hours.

Grab your family and join us at the Newcastle Beach Park for lunch, games, a chat with the coaches and s’mores.  The after-party will begin after the intersquad meet and you can stay as long as you’d like.

The team will be providing pizza and s’mores.  Please consider bringing drinks, lawn games, snacks, chairs, and roasting sticks.

Coaches corner will begin at 1pm followed by s’mores.

This is our last swim meet.  It will also be our Senior Meet, where we celebrate our High School Senior swimmers.

We’re excited to celebrate the swimmers’ accomplishments this season.

The celebration will be held in the field at the pool.  Families can set up their chairs (tents only if raining) in the field below the hill.  Coaches will be presenting awards from the top of the hill.  Please park in the parking lot.

There will be access to the restrooms and the pool will be open.
