DESCRIPTION:Is your swimmer participating in B-Champs meet on 7/20/24?\nYou must declare your swimmer in swimmingly by 11:45pm on Wed.\, 7/10/24.\nIf you do not declare your swimmer\, it will be assumed they are not swimming in the meet.\n\n\n\nTo declare your swimmer\, please click here to log into your swimmingly account.  After you log in\, follow these steps to declare:\n\n\nClick on meet schedule and find the meet you need to declare.\nClick on that meet and then meet declaration.\nYou will be brought to a screen that asks if your child will be attending.  Click yes or no.  Once you mark yes or no\, it will automatically save.\n\n\nThese declarations tell the coaches if your swimmer will be attending the swim meet. This is important to know so the coaches can effectively plan the swim meets. Missing swimmers can create issues with relays and other swimmers events.

DESCRIPTION:Location: Kingsgate I & 2 Pool: 11711 NE 137th Street Kirkland WA 98034 \n\n\n\nMeet Timeline \n\n\n\n\n5:15pm – Rolling Hills Warm-up\n\n\n\n5:40pm – Timer and Officials Meeting (for both 1st AND 2nd half volunteers)\n\n\n\n6:00pm – Meet Begins\n\n\n\n\nCanopies: We have a large park with plenty of room for everyone to set up their picnic items. Your families are welcome to bring canopies. Please ensure a wide path is maintained to access the pool. We have a playground as well. Please supervise children playing on the playground.  You may start arriving and setting up at 4:30 PM. \n\n\n\nParking: We have a number of spots at the pool. Your coaches and officials are welcome to park there. There is access to the pool from both NE 137th St and 118th Ave NE. When parking on the street\, please be respectful of our neighbors and do not park in their driveways\, in front of their mailboxes\, and be aware of fire hydrants. \n\n\n\nFood:  Only cash and Venmo accepted \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPool:  We have a 5 lane\, 25 yard pool. The side of the pool deck that is next to the pool house is reserved for coaches & officials.  Lifeguards are to be respected at all times.  Dogs are not allowed on the pool deck or in the clubhouse. \n\n\n\nMeet Timers: We ask that your volunteer timers arrive with fully charged (battery back-up if needed)\, Swimmingly compatible phones\, and the Swimmingly App already downloaded. The Royals will have ONE meeting at 5:40 PM by the pool shed for timers of both halves. 2nd half timers need to report to the pool shed no later than event 38. \n\n\n\nVolunteer Sign-ups emailed on Wed. July 3rd.
