DESCRIPTION:Location: Mercer Island Beach Club – 8326 Avalon Drive\, Mercer Island\, WA \nMeet begins at 5:30pm. Warm-up will be around 4:30-5:00pm. \nParking: Parking is limited so we suggest carpooling. \nPool gates: Pool gates will open at 3:45 pm for guests. There is limited shade. There is limited deck space on the risers. \nTent Set-up: There is a grassy area outside the pool gates where most people set up their chairs and canopies. I suggest arriving around 3:30 if you want one of the flatter areas. \nWave Café is open until 8:00 pm. Slushies\, ice creams\, drinks\, deli items\, corn dogs\, and mini pizzas. There is a food truck with a rotating menu\, open until 8:00 pm.

Away team is the bleacher side\n3:30pm – Meet set-up begins\n4:00pm – Rolling Hills Team warm-ups\n4:45pm – Away Team warm-ups\n5:00pm – Concessions open\n5:00pm – Timer/Official Meeting\n5:30pm – Meet begins\n\nFood: Concession will be open at 5:00pm. We have a wide variety of food available from burgers\, hot dogs and a bunch of snack items. \nThis is also our Senior Meet.  After the meet is completed\, we will celebrate with senior/parent relays.

Do not set up on driveways\, walkways or roped off areas. Chairs and “camping” are not allowed on deck\, rock bleachers\, or the space in front of the gym. Please use the bleachers as spectating at events. Our space will be more limited than normal\, please do not plan to spread out at this event. \n\n\n\nCONCESSIONS/HOSPITALITY: We will have our snack shack open with quick and light snacks. There are a variety of restaurants across the street for families looking for full meals. \n\n\n\nPARKING: There is ample parking available in the northern half of the shopping center and at S-mart down the street from the club. Please be aware that the merchants need parking available for their customers; Do not park in front of their establishments. If you park on a street\, please do not block our neighbors’ driveways. You may drop off your swimmer in our lot off 119th.
