Standards are burgers\, hot dogs\, chili dogs\, salads\, baked potatoes\, chips\, baked goods and beverages. Each week there are specialty entrées\, they are posted on the team web site. All food is budget friendly. We also welcome those who want to pack their own food but please note that there is no alcohol allowed on our pool deck or in the park. \nVolunteers\nTimers and Stroke & Turn Officials: Please check in upon arrival to confirm the time for your pre-meet meetings. \nA volunteer sign-up link was sent via email on Thursday\, June 18th. DESCRIPTION:Is your swimmer participating in Overlake Swim Team home/away meets on 7/16/24 and 7/18/24?\nYou must declare your swimmer in swimmingly by 11:45pm on Thurs.\, 7/11/24.\nIf you do not declare your swimmer\, it will be assumed they are not swimming in the meet.\n\n\n\nTo declare your swimmer\, please click here to log into your swimmingly account.  After you log in\, follow these steps to declare:\n\n\nClick on meet schedule and find the meet you need to declare.\nClick on that meet and then meet declaration.\nYou will be brought to a screen that asks if your child will be attending.  Click yes or no.  Once you mark yes or no\, it will automatically save.\n\n\nThese declarations tell the coaches if your swimmer will be attending the swim meet. This is important to know so the coaches can effectively plan the swim meets. Missing swimmers can create issues with relays and other swimmers events.

Our restaurant upstairs is open for full service. Please\, no swimsuits inside the restaurant upstairs. No alcohol is allowed on the pool deck or parking lot. \n \nTeam Set Up: Please see the map below for set up locations for all tents and belongings. No tents on the pool deck. There is not much shade in our parking lot\, so if it is sunny\, bring a canopy. \n \nParking: There is parking available in the main lot and street parking. Please do not block driveways. \n \nGolf Course: Please do not let children run or play near or on the golf course. People will be playing golf\, and we don’t want anyone to get hurt. This also applies to the putting green and pro shop area. \n \nVisiting team spectator seating and standing area is on the locker room side of the pool. We will have a small bleachers set up on your side of the pool for spectators to sit. \n \nVolunteers: Swimmingly – Timers and Stroke/Turn officials will use the Swimmingly app on their phone. \n \nTimers and Stroke/Turn Officials should have the Swimmingly app downloaded PRIOR to the meet. Please bring fully charged phones (a battery pack is also a great idea). Do not park in front of driveways or mailboxes or in the first cul-de-sac to the southeast of the pool. \n \nFamily tent/chair set-up:  Visitors can utilize space on the pool deck along the fence\, expanded to include the entire wall\, as well as the parking lot. Bleachers will be placed for good view of the pool and covered during rainy meets. No canopies may be placed anywhere on the pool deck unless inclement weather is active or forecasted. \n \nSwimmer warm-ups:  5:15pm \n \nOfficials and Timers meeting:  We ask your volunteer timers arrive with fully-charged\, Swimmingly compatible phones. Our prep meeting will take place at 5:45 pm next to the starter stand and staging area. \n \nVolunteer Sign-ups emailed on Wed. June 19th \n \nFood Options: Kingsgate provides a food truck for their home meets. At this time\, HP Smokehouse is listed on their calendar for this meet.
