Your families are welcome to bring canopies. Please ensure a wide path is maintained to access the pool. We have a playground as well. Please supervise children playing on the playground.  You may start arriving and setting up at 4:30 PM. \n\n\n\nParking: We have a number of spots at the pool. Your coaches and officials are welcome to park there. There is access to the pool from both NE 137th St and 118th Ave NE. When parking on the street\, please be respectful of our neighbors and do not park in their driveways\, in front of their mailboxes\, and be aware of fire hydrants. \n\n\n\nFood:  Only cash and Venmo accepted \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPool:  We have a 5 lane\, 25 yard pool. The side of the pool deck that is next to the pool house is reserved for coaches & officials.  Lifeguards are to be respected at all times.  Dogs are not allowed on the pool deck or in the clubhouse. \n\n\n\nMeet Timers: We ask that your volunteer timers arrive with fully charged (battery back-up if needed)\, Swimmingly compatible phones\, and the Swimmingly App already downloaded. Our restaurant upstairs is open for full service. Please\, no swimsuits inside the restaurant upstairs. No alcohol is allowed on the pool deck or parking lot. \n \nTeam Set Up: Please see the map below for set up locations for all tents and belongings. No tents on the pool deck. There is not much shade in our parking lot\, so if it is sunny\, bring a canopy. \n \nParking: There is parking available in the main lot and street parking. Please do not block driveways. \n \nGolf Course: Please do not let children run or play near or on the golf course. People will be playing golf\, and we don’t want anyone to get hurt. This also applies to the putting green and pro shop area. \n \nVisiting team spectator seating and standing area is on the locker room side of the pool. We will have a small bleachers set up on your side of the pool for spectators to sit. \n \nVolunteers: Swimmingly – Timers and Stroke/Turn officials will use the Swimmingly app on their phone. \n \nTimers and Stroke/Turn Officials should have the Swimmingly app downloaded PRIOR to the meet. Please bring fully charged phones (a battery pack is also a great idea). Do not park in front of driveways or mailboxes or in the first cul-de-sac to the southeast of the pool. \n \nFamily tent/chair set-up:  Visitors can utilize space on the pool deck along the fence\, expanded to include the entire wall\, as well as the parking lot. Bleachers will be placed for good view of the pool and covered during rainy meets. No canopies may be placed anywhere on the pool deck unless inclement weather is active or forecasted. \n \nSwimmer warm-ups:  5:15pm \n \nOfficials and Timers meeting:  We ask your volunteer timers arrive with fully-charged\, Swimmingly compatible phones. Our prep meeting will take place at 5:45 pm next to the starter stand and staging area. \n \nVolunteer Sign-ups emailed on Wed. DESCRIPTION:Your swimmer needs to be at the pool by 9am with their team suit on. Just like last year\, individual photos will be taken of each swimmer by Legends Sports Photography. Look for an email from them in the coming days with ordering information. After your swimmer has had their photo taken they can get in line for pancakes which will be provided by the team and cooked by parent volunteers and the team captains. We expect picture day to end by 11am.

DESCRIPTION:Tuesday\, June 18\, Seattle Tennis Club Away Meet \n\n\n\nLocation: Seattle Tennis Club\, 922 McGilvra Blvd. E.\, Seattle\, WA 98112 \n\n\n\nMeet and Parking Info:  Please park on the street near the club\, but not in the parking lot which is reserved for STC members only. Please do not block any driveways. \n\n\n\nWhen you arrive at the club walk down the ramp and take the staircase closest to the clubhouse down all the way to the ground floor. Walk past the clubhouse and snack bar to the pool area.  There will be signs up directing you to the pool. \n\n\n\nLocker rooms are inside the clubhouse near the pool. Girls and boys may use Girls and Boys locker rooms/showers. Adults 18+ may use Women’s and Men’s locker rooms. \n\n\n\nFamily tent/chair set-up: The pool deck will be reserved for your team\, we will have some chairs and umbrellas for shade. You are welcome to bring chairs and canopies to set up. \n\n\n\nSwimmer warm-ups:  5:15pm \n\n\n\nOfficials meeting: 5:45pm \n\n\n\nTimers meeting: 5:30pm \n\n\n\nFood Options:  \n\n\n\nBuffet available from 5:30-7:30 for $15. Snack bar will also be available.  Since it’s a busy night at STC\, the buffet will be the fastest.  Full bar available for purchase.  All alcoholic drinks must be kept off the pool deck. We will only be able to accept credit cards for payment. DESCRIPTION:Our first swim meet will be our Intersquad meet.  At the intersquad meet\, our swimmers will be divided into 2 teams and swim against one another to get base times in each stroke for the upcoming season.  Each swimmer will swim in 4 events (backstroke\, breaststroke\, butterfly and freestyle).  There will be not relays at this event. \nThere will be no concessions at this swim meet.  Hot chocolate will be available to the swimmers. \n\n\n \nMeet set-up will begin at 7:30am. \n\n\n \nFamily tent/chair set-up begins at 7:45am \n\n\n \nSwimmer warm-ups:  8am \n\n\n \nOfficials and Timers meeting: 8:45am \n\n\n \nThe first event will begin at 9am. \n\n\n \nVolunteer Sign-ups emailed on 6/1/24 \nYou will also be able to purchase pre-paid concessions card and our car wash fundraiser tickets. \n\n  \n\n\n\n
