DESCRIPTION:Location: Tam O’Shanter Golf & Country Club: 1313 183rd Ave NE\, Bellevue\, WA 98008 \n\n\nMeet Timeline\n\n \n\n 	5:15 – 5:45PM – Rolling Hills Warm Up\n \n 	5:40 – Timer Meeting @ white tent by starting blocks\n \n 	6:00 – Meet Starts (Tam O’Shanter minis will swim a 25 free before Event 1)\n\n \nFood: Available for purchase in the Robert Burns room (near pool entrance) from 5-8PM (hotdogs\, burgers\, mac and cheese\, fries\, salads). Our restaurant upstairs is open for full service. Please\, no swimsuits inside the restaurant upstairs. No alcohol is allowed on the pool deck or parking lot. \n \nTeam Set Up: Please see the map below for set up locations for all tents and belongings. No tents on the pool deck. There is not much shade in our parking lot\, so if it is sunny\, bring a canopy. \n \nParking: There is parking available in the main lot and street parking. Please do not block driveways. \n \nGolf Course: Please do not let children run or play near or on the golf course. People will be playing golf\, and we don’t want anyone to get hurt. This also applies to the putting green and pro shop area. \n \nVisiting team spectator seating and standing area is on the locker room side of the pool. We will have a small bleachers set up on your side of the pool for spectators to sit. \n \nVolunteers: Swimmingly – Timers and Stroke/Turn officials will use the Swimmingly app on their phone. \n \nTimers and Stroke/Turn Officials should have the Swimmingly app downloaded PRIOR to the meet. Please bring fully charged phones (a battery pack is also a great idea). Second half timers and Stroke/Turn volunteers should report to the white tent by starting blocks by event 30. \n \nVolunteer Sign-up set out on June 26th

Your families are welcome to bring canopies. Please ensure a wide path is maintained to access the pool. We have a playground as well. Please supervise children playing on the playground.  You may start arriving and setting up at 4:30 PM. \n\n\n\nParking: We have a number of spots at the pool. Your coaches and officials are welcome to park there. There is access to the pool from both NE 137th St and 118th Ave NE. When parking on the street\, please be respectful of our neighbors and do not park in their driveways\, in front of their mailboxes\, and be aware of fire hydrants. \n\n\n\nFood:  Only cash and Venmo accepted \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPool:  We have a 5 lane\, 25 yard pool. The side of the pool deck that is next to the pool house is reserved for coaches & officials.  Lifeguards are to be respected at all times.  Dogs are not allowed on the pool deck or in the clubhouse. \n\n\n\nMeet Timers: We ask that your volunteer timers arrive with fully charged (battery back-up if needed)\, Swimmingly compatible phones\, and the Swimmingly App already downloaded. The Royals will have ONE meeting at 5:40 PM by the pool shed for timers of both halves. 2nd half timers need to report to the pool shed no later than event 38. \n\n\n\nVolunteer Sign-ups emailed on Wed. July 3rd.
