🔌 Electrical, Sound System & Kiddy Pool Area

1. Take down extension cords and speaker cords
   • Extension cord: Store in the equipment room.
   • Speaker cords: Store with the microphone.
   • Keep all speaker cords and the microphone together.
2. Take down the speakers
   • Disconnect the speakers and attach the cords to the hub.
   • Place the speakers in the closet in the front of the building.
3. Kiddy pool area
   • Take down the tent.
   • Put the tent away in the closet in the front of the building.

🎙️ Starter Area

1. Take down the two tan pop-up tents.
   • Put them in the closet in the front of the building.
   • Return the round table to its original location by the front office.
2. Wrap up all Starter speaker cords.
   • Place the cords in the same box as the Starter speaker.
   • Store the box in the closet in the front of the building.
3. Collapse the tripod.
   • Place it in the equipment room.
4. Roll up the long black mat.
   • Place it in the open area next to the boys’ bathroom with the other mats.

🏊 Pool Deck Take-Down

1. North Side of the Pool — Bleachers

• Move the lifeguard chair back to the side of the pool near the diving tank.
• Put the event flipper in the closet in the front of the building.

2. False Start & Officials’ Ropes

• Wrap up all ropes.
• Place the ropes on the wall in the equipment room using the hooks next to the lane lines.
• Place the concrete/PVC pipe poles next to the lane lines in the equipment room.

3. Lane Lines

• Unhook and roll up all lane lines.
• Return them to the equipment room.

4. Garbage Cans

• Gather all garbage cans.
• Place them in the corner near the girls’ bathroom.

5. Lawn Mats

• Gather all black mats.
• Stack them in the outdoor equipment area.

6. Heat Sheets

• Take down all heat sheets and remove the tape from the fence.

7. Parking Lot

• Gather all orange cones.
• Place them in the equipment room.

✅ Final Check

Before leaving, please make sure:

• 🔌 All cords and sound equipment are stored properly.
• 🎙️ Starter equipment is packed and returned to its designated location.
• 🏕️ All tents are taken down and stored.
• 🏊 Lane lines and ropes are returned to the equipment room.
• 🗑️ Garbage cans are returned to their storage area.
• 🖤 Lawn mats are stacked and stored.
• 📄 Heat sheets and tape are removed.
• 🟠 All parking cones are returned to the equipment room.
• 🏊‍♀️ The pool deck is clear and ready for regular use.
