Families use Swimmingly to view the meet schedule for the season and declare whether their swimmers will attend each meet.

📣 Please declare as soon as possible! Your declarations help our coaches create relay lineups and register swimmers for their events. The earlier we know who is attending, the better we can prepare! 💪🏊♀️

✅ Option 1: Declare Through the Email
📧 Watch for an email from Swimmingly notifying you that a meet declaration is open.
- Select Attending or Not Attending for each swimmer.
- Click Save & Send Declarations.
💻 Option 2: Declare Through Your Web Browser
⚠️ Important: You must use a web browser, not the Swimmingly app.
🔗 Go to: https://clubhouse.swimmingly.app/login
- Log in.
- Click My Meet Schedule.
- Select “Newport Hills @ RHST B” — it should be the second meet on the list.
- Choose Attending or Not Attending for each swimmer.
- Click Save & Send Declaration.
