We have established Parent and Swimmer Guidelines that outline the behavior and conduct expected from everyone who participates in our team community. We encourage all families to review these guidelines carefully and use them as a resource throughout the season.
We understand that mistakes happen, and when concerns arise, our goal is always to address them respectfully and provide an opportunity to correct the behavior. However, serious or repeated violations of the team guidelines may result in disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the team in the most serious circumstances.
Our goal is to work together to ensure that every swimmer has a positive experience and that our team remains a welcoming place for everyone. 🏊♀️💙
