Away Swim Meet against Fairwood Barracudas (A Meet)

Location: Fairwood Golf and Country Club – 17070 140th Avenue SE, Renton, WA 98058

Parking:  Parking will be limited so we suggest carpooling. Overflow parking will be on the grass.  Please do not block exits.
On deck:  Our team can set up on the East side/baby pool side of the deck. Please note the baby pool is closed during meets. There is limited shade. Feel free to bring large pop-up tents.
Volunteers: Please check in with our Volunteer Coordinator as soon as
they arrive. There will be a sign just after the pool entrance letting volunteers know where to check-in.
Staging: Fairwood will be staging swimmers two heats ahead 
Concessions: Fairwood has a Snack Shack that will be open until 8pm and only accepts cards.  They also have the Barracuda Outdoor Cafe.  The meet day offering will be pulled pork sandwiches, chips and a drink for $15.  Tickets to purchase items at our Barracuda Outdoor Café and adult beverage station can be purchased at the Snack Shack.

Timeline:
3:30pm – Pool gate will open – ALL swimmers and their families will enter through the pool gate and not the locker room.
4:00-4:30pm – Fairwood Barracudas warm up.
4:30-5:00pm – Rolling Hills swimmers warm up
4:40pm – Timer’s Meeting (1st and 2nd half timers attend)
5:00pm – Official’s Meeting
5:10pm – National Anthem
5:15pm – Cool ‘Cudas Swim (Fairwood’s Adaptive Swim Program)
5:20pm – Bitty Barracudas Swim (Fairwood’s youngest swimmers)
5:30pm – Meet Begins
