Away Swim Meet: Kingsgate Royals (B Meet)

Meet Timeline
- 5:15pm – Rolling Hills Warm-up
- 5:40pm – Timer and Officials Meeting (for both 1st AND 2nd half volunteers)
- 6:00pm – Meet Begins
Canopies: We have a large park with plenty of room for everyone to set up their picnic items. Your families are welcome to bring canopies. Please ensure a wide path is maintained to access the pool. We have a playground as well. Please supervise children playing on the playground. You may start arriving and setting up at 4:30 PM.
Parking: We have a number of spots at the pool. Your coaches and officials are welcome to park there. There is access to the pool from both NE 137th St and 118th Ave NE. When parking on the street, please be respectful of our neighbors and do not park in their driveways, in front of their mailboxes, and be aware of fire hydrants.
Food: Only cash and Venmo accepted
Pool: We have a 5 lane, 25 yard pool. The side of the pool deck that is next to the pool house is reserved for coaches & officials. Lifeguards are to be respected at all times. Dogs are not allowed on the pool deck or in the clubhouse.
Meet Timers: We ask that your volunteer timers arrive with fully charged (battery back-up if needed), Swimmingly compatible phones, and the Swimmingly App already downloaded. The Royals will have ONE meeting at 5:40 PM by the pool shed for timers of both halves. 2nd half timers need to report to the pool shed no later than event 38.
