Meet Declarations

Have you declared your swimmer for upcoming swim meets yet? ๐ŸŠโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŠโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Please make sure you declare your swimmer before the deadline! โฐ These declarations let our coaches know who will (or will not) be attending the meet and are important for planning entries, events, and relays.

โ— Why declarations matter: Missing swimmers can create challenges with relay teams and impact other swimmers’ events. Your timely response helps our coaches build the best meet lineup possible! ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›

๐ŸŠโ€โ™€๏ธ Option 1: Declare Through the Email ๐Ÿ“ง

  1. Open the email from Swimmingly notifying you that declarations are open.
  2. Select Attending or Not Attending for each swimmer.
  3. Click Save & Send Declarations.

๐Ÿ’ป Option 2: Declare Through Your Web Browser

โš ๏ธ Important: You must use a web browser, not the Swimmingly app.

๐Ÿ”— https://clubhouse.swimmingly.app/login

  1. Log in.
  2. Click My Meet Schedule.
  3. Select the meet
  4. Choose Attending or Not Attending.
  5. Click Save & Send Declaration.

๐Ÿ“… When Swimmingly declarations open, please complete your swimmerโ€™s declaration ASAP. At the latest, please submit your declarationโ€”intent to attend or not attend the meetโ€”by the deadline. This gives our coaches enough time to plan meet entries, events, and relays accordingly.

โ— Important: If you do not complete your swimmerโ€™s declaration within the designated timeline, your swimmer will not be able to compete in the meet.

โฐ When do declarations open?
Swimmingly declarations will typically open one week before the upcoming meet.

๐Ÿ”„ Need to change your declaration after it has closed?
If you have declared that your swimmer will attend, but your child becomes ill or is otherwise unable to compete, please email the coaches at coach@rhst.org as soon as possible.

Thank you for helping our coaches plan successful meets for all of our swimmers! ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿฆ
