We need 7 days’ notice if your swimmer will not be swimming at a meet this season.
📅 When Swimmingly declarations open, please complete your swimmer’s declaration ASAP. This gives our coaches enough time to plan meet entries, events, and relays accordingly.
⏰ When do declarations open?
Swimmingly declarations will typically open on Monday, one week before the upcoming meet.
❗ Important: If you do not complete your swimmer’s declaration within the designated timeline, your swimmer will not be able to compete in the meet.
🔄 Need to change your declaration after it has closed?
Please email the Head Coach at coach@rhst.org as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they may not always be possible after declarations have closed.
