We strongly encourage everyone to carpool to B Champs to eliminate traffic in our neighborhood.
Visitor parking: Parking for visiting teams will be in the grass field near the pool, until the field fills up. Once the field is full, parking can be along sidewalks in the neighborhood. Please remind your families not to block mailboxes or driveways. Homeowners may have cars towed.
Rolling Hills Team Family Parking: We ask that our Rolling Hills team families park in the neighborhood. Please do not block mailboxes and driveways.
Swimmer Drop-off: Swimmers can be dropped off on the corners of Rolling Hills Ave SE & Seagull Dr.
Canopy Set-up: Tent set-up will begin at 6am. Each team will be assigned to a specific grassy area. Please find a volunteer with a map when you arrive to find out where you should set-up.
Spectators: The pool deck will be limited to Swimmers, Coaches and Officials.
Spectators can view their swimmers’ races from the grassy area above the pool. This area is a transition area and families are not allowed to set up canopies in this area.
Restrooms: Restrooms on the pool deck are for swimmers, officials, and timers. Porta-potties are available for families near the coaches parking lot.
Clean up your team’s area prior to departing.
Merchandise will be sold on the grassy viewing area.
